Welcome Pet Owners! My name is Dr. Emanoel Kotev.
You have reached my site perhaps because you have a pet with an existing injury or illness and you are interested in a second opinion or specialty surgery. If your pet is in need of an ultrasound, or orthopedic surgery, or abdominal surgery, you have come to the right place. I perform the service at one of several local Chicago-area animal hospitals with whom I have a close working relationship. I will review your pet’s current medical records and will communicate with your vet.
My goal is to provide you and your pet high quality services at an
affordable price.

- I quickly respond to you with comments, questions, a recommended solution and an estimate for a
treatment plan - I will request medical records and consult with your vet as needed
- If we both agree on the treatment plan, I will schedule a date and time for the service
